MEMORIAL CEMETERY
ANDERSON COUNTY, TEXAS

Princella Ella Smith Tippens

Born:  20 June 1927
Died:  19 November 2006
Spouse: Ruben Tippens - 6 May 1940 - Anderson County, Texas

Prince Ella Tippens was born on June 20, 1927 and entered into the church triumphant on November 19, 2006 at age 70.  She was a member of the Baptist Church.  She lived in a home with her husband Ruben on South Jackson Street.  Ruben was the caretaker of the building for the First Presbyterian Church in Palestine for many years, and Prince Ella worked by his side and she also cared for the children in the nursery.  After Ruben died, she continued to care for the children and took over the job in caring for the building.  The members and friends of First Presbyterian are very grateful for her dedicated service.

The pictures and images used on the Memorial Cemetery pages were
furnished by the Anderson County Historical Commission and the pages
were compiled by Beverly Bailey Odom and Scott Fitzgerald.
