Services for Isadora Young, 81, of Palestine will be at noon Wednesday at Church of God in Christ in Tucker with Noble Cooper officiating.  Burial will be at Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Davis Funeral Home.
Mrs. Young died Sunday.
She was born on Jan. 21, 1911, to William and Pearl Jackson Johnson.  She attended Salt Work and Lincoln High Schools.  She was anointed to do missionary work at the Church of God in Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Young, Sr., in 1970; and a son, Henry Lee Young, Jr., in 1988.
She is survived by her daughters, Rosie Pearl Winston of Palestine and Leola M. Ellis of Tucker; brother, J.C. Ricks of Los Angeles, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
