Denise Lynette Rogers was born December 18, 1968 to the parentage of the late Waymon James Jackson and Hazel Rogers of Palestine, Texas.  She received her education in the Palestine Independent School District and Lon Morris College.  She was a one time employee of Bass Day Care and D.H.S. Under the pastorship of Rev. T.LDilworth, she joined South Union Baptist Church and became active in the junior choir. Denis was preceded in death by her son, Jaleel O'Neal Rogers and her father Waymon James Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memory:  Mother Hazel Rogers, Palestine, Tx.  Four sisters..  Mary Newsome, Houston, Tx., Delores (Morris) Cook, Palestine, Tx.  Chyrell Angton, Palestine, Tx. and Stephanie Michael Prince, Prairie View, Tx. Two brothers, Joel (Linda) Moaning, Palestine, Tx. And Frerick (Sandra) Rogers of Tomball, Tx.  Aunt,  LeeEthel (Francis) Pishon of Vanderville, Ca. and Uncle O.C,. Moaning of Fort Worth, Tx.  Her Extended family:  Grandmother Mary E. Clewis, Palestine, Tx.  Aunt, Arnita Clewis, Palestine,Tx. and Uncle Harold Clewis,Missouri, Tx.  A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
