Thelma Rae Polk, 72, of Fort Worth and formerly of Palestine died in Fort Worth, She lived in Palestine until 1994 shen she moved to Ft. Worth.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Polk; brother, Joe Deckard Jr.; sister Daisy Pearl Mack; son Emmett Polk, Jr.; daughters, Barbara Polk, Theresa Polk, Maresa Arthur and Mary Polk and two grandchildren.
She is survived by brother, Stanford Deckard; sisters, Zelma Holmes; son Robert Polk; daughters, Deborah Polk Kimbrough, Jacqueline Polk, Carolyn Polk and Brenda Polk; six grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren and one gggrandchild.
