Prince Kimbrough Jr.

Born:  April 25 1926 - Elmwood, Anderson, Texas
Died:  March 5 1999 - Palestine, Anderson, Texas

Mother:  Frankie Kimbrough

 

On April 25, 1926 in Elmwood, a son was born to Prince and Frankie Kimbrough, whom they nicknamed 'Prince Jr.'.
He attended school at Fling Hill School, and worshipped at Brown Springs Church.  He was retired from Adams Brothers Construction and several other cement companies.
He married Darlena McClelon Kimbrough, to which twelve children were born.  His wife, father, two children one sister and two brothers preceded him in death.
On March 5, 1999 at Trinity Valley Hospital, in Palestine, Texas the Angel of silence came for Prince to relieve him of all his pain and suffering.
Left to meet him in the rapture:  his mother, Frankie Wilson, Dawson, Tx.; step-mother, Alva M. Kimbrough, Palestine, Tx., daughters Vanessa Robinson Regina Shead, Ann L. Kimbrough, Katrina Kimbrough, Palestine, Tx., Twyla Thompson, Upper Marlova, Md., Sharree Kimbrough, Yigo Guam; sons, Mark Kimbrough, Dallas, Tx., Joseph Kimbrough, Ft. Worth, Tx., George Kimbrough, Beeville, Tx., Vanual Kimbrough, Huntsville, Tx.; sisters, Willie Gooden, Los Angeles, Ca., Geneva Wilson, Dawson, Tx., Mae P. Kimbrough, Houston, Tx., Alva M. Richard, Shirley Cooley, Mattie Bell, Dawson, Tx., Hester Crawford, Chandler, Tx., and Gladys Hunt, Palestine, Tx.; brothers, Roosevelt Kimbrough, Palestine, Tx., Paris Kimbrough, Washington State.  Charlie Kimbrough, Dallas, Tx, Ira Wilson, Ft. Worth, Tx., Freddie Kimbrough, Bobby Kimbrough and Willie L. Wilson of Dawson, Tx.; 10 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
