Sgt. G. C. Blalock, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Blalock, wife, the former Myrtle Chism. Entered service in Feb., 1944, trained at Camp Plauche, New Orleans, La. Served in England and France. Received Pres. Citation, ETO Ribbon with two Bronze Stars, Good Conduct Medal.

BLANTON, MERLE C.
S 1/c Merle C. Blanton, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. F. Blanton, Troup, attended Mixon and Troup H.S. Entered Navy in Nov., 1943, trained in San Diego and Norman, Okla. Served in Palau, Leyte, Lingoyen Gulf, San Narciso, Iwo Jima, Okinawa and Battle of the Philippine Sea. Awarded seven Battle Stars.

BLONDELL, JR., PAT
Pfc. Pat Blondell, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Blondell, husband of former Bobby Rolley. Entered Marine Corps in 1944, trained at San Diego, Cal. and Farragut, Idaho. Served on Guam.

BLOW, CECIL R.
Cecil R. Blow, son of Mrs. W. R. Blow. Entered service and trained at Barksdale Field, Ga. Served in Scotland, England and France.

BLOW, FRANK A.
WT 3/c Frank A. Blow, son of Mrs. W. R. Blow. Entered Navy in Dec., 1942, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served in Okinawa.

BLOW, WILLIAM C.
William C. Blow, son of Mrs. W. R. Blow. Entered service in 1944, trained at Kelly Field. Served in Hawaii.

BOHANON,ROY
Sgt. Roy Bohanon, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Bohanon, attended Tyler Schools. Entered Army in July, 1943, trained at Camp Adair, Ore. Served in N. Africa, and Italy. Awarded Expert Rifle Medal and Bronze Star.

BOISVERT, ELSIF
Lt. (jg) Elsie Boisvert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.W. Loggan, Tyler, the former Elsie Loggan, graduate of Tyler School and Jr. College, Univ. of Texas. Entered WAVES in Feb., 1943, trained at Northampton, Mass. and Miami, Fla. Discharged in 1945.

BONNER, WILLARD 0.
MOMM 2/c Willard 0. Bonner, son of the late Mrs. L. B. Dean, husband of former Kitty Orene Thompson. Entered Navy in March, 1944, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served on Pearl Harbor and Saipan.

BOON, ENICE T.
S 2/c Enice T. Boon, son of Mrs. Eula Deason, husband of former Katherine Hicks, attended Tyler H.S. Entered the Navy in 1945, trained in San Diego, Cal. Sailed for Pearl Harbor Nov., 1945.

FM 1/c Paul E. Boren, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Boren, Bullard; husband of the former Dorothy Dutler of Whitehouse; attended Bullard School. Entered Service, 1943, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served on Pearl Harbor, Marshall Islands and Okinawa.

BORING, BILLIE
Pvt. Billie Boring, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Boring; husband of the former Lucille Fears. Entered service, 1942, trained at Camp Fannin and Camp Maxey, Texas. Served with the Army in England, France, Belgium, and Germany. Wears the Infantry Combat Medal, Good Conduct Medal, and ETO Ribbon with two Battle Stars.

BORING, JOSEPH W.
CRM Joseph W. Boring son of Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Boring, attended Tyler Schools. Entered the Navy in May, 1941, trained in San Diego, Cal. Served in Hawaii, New Guinea, Australia, Midway, Guam, Panama, Saipan nd Eniwetok. Discharged Sept., 1945.

BORING, MACK P.
Pvt. Mack R. Boring, son of Mr. and Mrs. Boring, husband of the former Katherine Roach. Entered service, 1943, trained at Ft. Bliss and Camp Howze, Texas. Served with the Army in England. France, Germany and Czechoslovakia. Wears the ETO Campaign Ribbon with four Battle Stars and Infantry Combat Medal.

BOST, DANIEL
S 2/c Daniel Bost, son of Mrs. Josephine Bost, wife, the former Mary Helen McKelvy. Attended Tyler Schools and Junior College. Entered Navy in 1945, trained at USNTC, San Diego, Cal.

BOSTIC, RAYMOND
S 1/c Raymond Bostic, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Bostic. Entered the Navy, March, 1945, trained at Great Lakes, Illinois.

BOULTER,ROBERTS.
1st Lt. Robert S. Boulter, son of County Supt., and Mrs. R. S. Boulter; husband of the former Louise Self. Entered service, Sept., 1942, the Marines; trained in Quantico, Va. Served in the South Pacific and the Lost Invasion, on Guam.

BOULTER, RANDAL. T.
Sgt. Randal T. Boulter, son of Countv Supt. and Mrs. R. S. Boulter, husband of the former Betty Jean Suffer. Entered service Feb., 1940 in the Air Corps. Trained at Mather Field, Cal.

BOULTER, RAYMOND A.
Ist Lt. Raymond A. Boulter, son of County Supt., and Mrs. Boulter; husband of the former Francis Herren. Entered Service, Dec., 1941 in the Air Corps, trained at Lubbock Army Air Base. Served in the European Theater. Awarded the Purple Heart. Killed in Action Nov. 10, 1944, Germany.
