If you are going to the Smith County Historical Society, follow your map to downtown Tyler. Hwy 69 is Broadway and it runs from Loop 323 on the north to Loop 323 on the south.  If you are coming from the east or the west - Hwy 31 is Front Street and it intersects with Broadway. Notice the arrows for the one way streets. There is some limited parking behind the Carnegie History Center - plenty across the street. Please do not park in the Tyler Public Library parking lot.
